Ticket terms

Tickets

All tickets are issued to a named ticket holder and posted to the address given at checkout. Tickets may be transferred to another person by updating the ticket holder's name in the My Tickets area, up until 12 noon on Thursday 22 July 2027. Tickets must not be resold for more than their original purchase price.

Each ticket contains a unique QR code, which will be scanned on first entry and exchanged for a festival wristband. Please keep your ticket safe: once a ticket has been scanned, any later scan of the same ticket will be refused.

Age bands

Ticket ages are counted on 22 July 2027. Adult tickets are for anyone aged 18 or over on that date, teen tickets for 13 to 17 year olds, child tickets for 5 to 12 year olds, and under-5 tickets are free. Proof of age may be requested at the gate. Under-18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult ticket holder.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe and will show on your bank statement as BIG T LTD.

Paying monthly

If you choose to pay monthly, the ticket price is split into six equal monthly payments. The total is exactly the same as paying in full, with no interest or extra charges. The first payment is taken at checkout and the rest are collected automatically from the same card on the same day of each following month. Every payment date is shown at checkout before you pay, and the final payment always falls by 30 June 2027.

Your tickets are posted once the final payment has been received. You can pay the remaining balance early at any time from My Tickets.

If a payment fails, we will try again a few days later and email you a link to pay or update your card. If you decide to stop paying, or a plan is more than 30 days behind, we may cancel the order. If we do, we will refund the payments you have made, less a £10 charge to cover payment fees and administration.

Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable if you are unable to attend or change your mind, except where required by law. Please check your order carefully before paying. What happens if the festival is cancelled or postponed is set out below.

Entry and conduct

Wristbands must be worn at all times during the festival and shown when requested. Lost, removed or damaged wristbands may not be replaced. The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove anyone whose behaviour endangers others or seriously breaches the festival rules.

Glass, fireworks and unauthorised trading are not permitted. Photography and filming take place at the event and may be used in future promotion.

Changes

Artists, performances and running times are subject to change. Changes to the advertised line-up will not normally entitle ticket holders to a refund, unless the change is so significant that a refund is required under applicable consumer law.

Festival cancellation, postponement and unforeseen circumstances

ToneFest is an outdoor event and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, flooding, fire, public emergencies, government restrictions or other events that make it unsafe or impossible to proceed.

The safety of everyone attending ToneFest is our priority. We reserve the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or make necessary changes to the festival where circumstances require it.

If ToneFest is cancelled, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price paid, including any monthly instalments received. If the festival is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rearranged dates, with refund options available in accordance with your statutory rights.

If the festival is interrupted or shortened after it has started, any entitlement to a refund will depend on the circumstances and applicable consumer law.

We will communicate any significant changes as quickly as reasonably possible through our website and by email.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
