How do the tickets work?
ToneFest tickets are always unique, handcrafted and a little bit special—and this year, we think they’re the most fun we’ve ever made!
Once your payment has cleared, your ticket will be sent by post or hand-delivered if you’re local to the Bournemouth and Poole area. Inside, you’ll find full instructions showing you how to construct your ticket ready for the festival. It’s all part of the ToneFest experience!
Please make sure your ticket is fully constructed as instructed and bring it with you on the day. When you arrive, we’ll exchange it for your festival wristband.
No ticket means no wristband and no entry. If you forget yours, you’ll need to pop home to collect it before we can let you in. We need to be firm on this to keep the event secure for everyone, so please check you have your finished ticket before setting off!
Everyone attending needs their own named ticket, including under-5s, whose tickets are free. Tickets can be passed on to someone else by changing the name in My Tickets, up until 12 noon on Thursday 22 July 2027.

Which ticket do I need for my child?
Ages are counted on 22 July 2027: teen tickets are for 13 to 17 year olds, child tickets for 5 to 12 year olds, and under-5s go free. We ask for a date of birth on those tickets so the right one is issued.
How does paying monthly work?
Pick the monthly option at checkout. The first payment is taken straight away and the rest are collected from the same card on the same day of each following month. Your tickets are issued as soon as the final payment clears. You can pay the balance early, change your card or check progress in My Tickets. The monthly plan closes a few months before the festival so every payment lands before gates open.
When do I get my tickets?
Paid in full: straight away, . On the monthly plan: the moment your last payment goes through. Tickets are sent by post or hand delivered if you are in the Poole/Bournemouth area.
Everyone needs a ticket and everyone buys a ticket.... even Big T!

Can I camp?
Absolutely! Camping is included with your weekend ticket, and tents, caravans and campervans are all welcome.
Fancy the full glamping experience? We hope to share more information soon about hiring a bell tent, all set up and ready for you when you arrive. Just turn up, settle in and enjoy the weekend!
Can I camp near friends who are bringing a campervan?
We know camping with friends is part of the fun! We’re working on a layout that keeps everyone safe while helping groups stay close together.
Tents and campervans may need to be in separate designated areas, so please don’t assume you’ll be able to pitch directly beside a friend’s vehicle. We’ll confirm the arrangements and how to request nearby pitches before the festival.
Our stewards will show you where to pitch or park on arrival, and vehicle movements within the camping areas will be controlled throughout the weekend.

The drinks are cold, the food is hot, and the prices are friendly. No need to pack a picnic or worry about the cooking—let us take care of that while you soak up the music, catch up with friends and get your groove on!

Where does the money go?
ToneFest is a not-for-profit festival, with all profits going to Youth Cancer Trust.
We’ve always taken pride in putting your ticket money into making ToneFest a weekend to remember—from amazing bands and artists to great show tents, fantastic children’s entertainment and a welcoming festival site.
We budget to pay all our bands and artists fairly for their work. Many are professional musicians, and performing is their livelihood. Some very generously choose to play at a reduced rate, perform for free or donate their fee back, helping us raise even more for Youth Cancer Trust.
Ticket income also covers our bar and merchandise stock. All profits from those sales, along with any remaining festival profit, every donation and any profit contributions or donations from our food stalls, go to the Youth Cancer Trust to support its work with young people living with and beyond cancer.
Every ticket, every drink and every ToneFest souvenir helps make the weekend happen—and helps us ALL make a difference.
