Privacy

ToneFest collects the details you give us when you buy tickets, make a donation, sign in to My Tickets, send an enquiry or apply to play: names, email address, phone number, postal address and, for age-banded tickets, dates of birth. We use them to run the festival: issuing and posting tickets, taking the payments you have agreed to, checking people in at the gate, answering your questions and considering band applications.

Card details never touch our servers. Payments are processed by Stripe, who store the card used for a monthly payment plan so the agreed instalments can be collected. Their privacy notice is at stripe.com/privacy.

We only email you about your order unless you tick the box to hear about future editions. Order records are kept for six years for accounting purposes; attendee names and dates of birth are deleted within twelve months of the festival.
