Pieminister is fast becoming known as one of the most exciting additions to any event and we are lucky enough to have Jules and her team join us at The ToneFest. All the pies and Sausage Rolls etc are handmade to an extremely high standard. They wholesale to some of the finest food halls in the land. Their pies have also received numerous awards and even been eaten by the Queen!!

Purple Cress Catering
Owners of the business, Adam Raveney and Neal Hendes, are local chefs who graduated from Bournemouth and Poole Catering College and have gained over 20 years experience in all aspects of catering. During this period they have worked in top London restaurants, studied cuisine in the French Alps and have perfected pastry skills in an award winning south west patisserie.
The 'Chilli Wagon' will be at this year's ToneFest and will provide a broad spread including Jacket Potatoes, Chill, Burgers, Hot Dogs etc.
