Noise
To protect future ToneFests and respect the residents of the lovel town of Wareham, Live music will finish at midnight with the exception of the unplugged acoustics sessions and entertainment in the ToneFest Arms. These activities by their very nature will be a lot quieter than the bands on the main stage. A Silent Disco will run in the Big Top.
Can I ask everyone concern to be conscious of the noise levels they produce and try to keep everything to the minimum.
Programme of Events
A Full Programme of Events etc will be available at the gate for you to purchase.
What if ToneFest has to be Cancelled by the Organisers
If the festival is cancelled for any reason by the organisers, all ticket holders will recieve a refund in full....No Quibble Guarantee!!! :-)
Who is This Year's Chosen ToneFest Charity
We are pleased to announce that this year ToneFest will be supporting the Youth Cancer Trust.
The Youth Cancer Trust is a unique charity based in sunny Bournemouth. It provides free, fun activity based holidays for young people (aged 14 to 30) suffering with cancer or any malignant disease from anywhere in the UK and the Irish Republic, or who are patients of any UK hospital. You can also come on a holiday if you have been in remission for up to five years.

Tickets
Why is an Adult Ticket more expensive than last year?
Last year was a day and half at £15 for the Friday and £30 for the Saturday, this year's event is a 3 dayer and pro rata should be £75 per adult. However, as some of the costs are same for 2 or 3 days the adult ticket price has been set at £64 for the whole weekend, with free camping, cheap bars and still keeps a fantastic line up with much more than ever before. Day tickets are available from the start for the first time.
What the age ranges for tickets?
As of 28th May 2010, if you are over 18, then you need to purchase an Adult ticket. If you are 13-17, you need to buy a Teen ticket and if you are 12 and under, you need to buy a Child ticket. If your birthday falls right on the dates of the festival, I want to know, so we can arrange a Happy Birthday sing song in theToneFest Arms 8o).
What if I have purchased a ticket and now can't make it?
Due to the heavy marketing plan I have put in place and the reputation the festival now has in Festival Land, I am confident that the festival will sell out this year and on that basis it is planned to set up a waiting list for unwanted tickets that become available. Although tickets are non refundable, I may be able to find a buyer for your ticket(s) if the event is a sell-out and you cannot make it.
Are there any additional costs?
Included in your ticket is entry to the event and camping, this will be exchanged for a wristband and you may come and go from the event as and when you please, just make sure you keep your wristband on at all times.
When do Day tickets start and end from?
A Day ticket starts from 10am - 11.59am, so you can stay the night if you want to drink. Please note anyone with a Day wristband still onsite after 11.59am the following day may be charge another Day ticket.
How do eTickets work?
Your tickets will be sent to you via email, each of which have a unique bar coding. Print them off on your printer in colour or Black & White and bring these printed tickets with you to the festival. When you arrive at the site you will be guided to a reception area where your ticket will be scanned. You will then be given a wristband and shown where to camp, depending on how long you are at the festival for and any other requirements you may have. Programmes will be on sale at the reception at a very reasonable cost.
What happens if I lose the eTickets email?
Please contact Briony (briony@tonefest.co.uk) who is in charge of ticket sales admin, or call Tony on 07881 652886.
Is there anything else I need to know about?

Is there an additional cost for Camping, Caravans or Motorhomes?
There is no charge for Camping, Caravans, Campervans or anything else you want to sleep in. This is all included within the ticket price. You are obviously responsible for your Festival home at all times and the Festival or it's organisers will not be held responsible for it.

Site & Your Waste/Rubbish
We pride ourselves on how in the past everyone has worked really hard to make sure the site is respected, look after and handed back in a clean state. At previous ToneFests, EVERYONE has helped to achieve this and I would ask that this year is no different. Please use the bins provided and take home as much of your rubbish as possible. Thank you.
Speed Limits
As soon as you enter the Festival site you must keep to the Strict 5mph limited, anyone caught taering around like a lunatic will be asked to remove their vehicle from the site and will have to walk in.
